Setting up dial-up connections to the Internet should be a snap with MS Windows 98.  This page goes into how to set it up with Full Radius' Internet service.  It assumes that you already have a modem installed and configured on the computer.

First lets run the Internet Connection Wizard and do the preliminary setup.

1. Start by clicking Start, Programs, Accessories, Communications, Internet Connection Wizard.

2. This should bring up the Internet Connection Wizard Getting Started Screen like the one below.  Select the Manual option and click Next.
