customer, you can receive technical support by contacting the Technical Support team via a
Web form or by phone.

To report a problem with service or ask a question
about a Full Radius product, open a Trouble Ticket using our:

advisable to contact us via telephone.

If you are transferred to voice mail you will be
prompted to leave either a regular or emergency message.
What
to expect from Technical Support
Response Times
By Web: When submitting a Web-based ticket
for support, you can expect to receive a response in 1 business day.
By phone: When placing a call to our support
number, you can expect to reach Technical Support for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. An automated attendant directs customer calls and all support is on a
call-back basis.
