Introduction

Full Radius is aware of the Year 2000 issue and is taking steps to prevent negative impact to its end customers. Full Radius has prepared the following statement in accordance with the subject to the provisions of the Year 200 Information Readiness Disclosure Act of 1998, IRDA, P.L. 105-271.

Year 2000 Problem

The Year 2000 problem involves limitations in information technology computer systems, software programs, and computer hardware. These systems may not be capable of recognizing dates in the year 2000 and may recognize dates as if representing the year 1900 causing equipment to cease working completely.

Full Radius Compliance Program

Full Radius has a Year 2000 compliance program in effect consisting of two parts.

First, Full Radius has evaluated its inventory for Year 2000 compliance, and to the extent that Full Radius believes necessary will repair/replace the non-compliant inventory that is critical to its operation.

Second, Full Radius will evaluate the Year 2000 compliance status of its business partners such as local and long distance telephone companies, internet access partners, vendors of equipment, hardware, and software, and power suppliers.

Note: Full Radius is working hard to make sure that its purchased hardware and software, as well as internally develop software, are Year 2000 compliant. Full Radius can not verify that its customer’s software, or Full Radius provided software that is modified by a customer is Year 2000 compliant. Therefore, we strongly suggest that customers check their own programming code, database or software to make sure that it is Year 2000 compliant.
