to Full Radius and the Internet, has no metered charges and can be upgraded to T-1

Basic Frame Relay account includes:
- 24 hr. connection to the Internet with no hourly
charges
- Full news feed to over 10,000 USENET newsgroups
- DNS, routing, domain name registration

- 25MB Disk Space for WWW/FTP site
- 500 MB Traffic/month (.25 per MB Additional)
- CGI/FrontPage extensions support
- e-mail re-mapping to forward mail to
"yourcompany.com" OR 10 email boxes ($2.50 per Month per Box additional)
- Frame Relay equipment/line monitoring to ensure
maximum up-time
- We handle all communications with Bell Atlantic so
you will receive 1 bill from us for both the service and the Frame Relay line
- You're responsible for the setup of the customer
provided routing equipment.

Notes
Prices do not include installation and monthly line
charges imposed by the local telephone companies or the purchase of any required equipment
such as a router. We can determine these rates/expenses for you, just give us a call.
We strive for 100% uptime for our dedicated
subscribers. We do, however reserve a few times for routine maintenance when the
system may be down. Please see our maintenance policy for
details.
We test your connection to us every 30 minutes to
ensure the line is up. If any troubles are detected an on call technician is paged
and the problem is resolved as quickly as possible. |
